Procure Media is not an insurance carrier, agency, or law firm, and does not issue or bind coverage.
Any performance examples, lead volumes, pricing, or opportunities described on this website are for informational purposes only. Procure Media does not guarantee specific results, volumes, pricing, approvals, or availability.
Procure Media may share inquiries with lead buyers, licensed professionals, experience partners, or service providers. Any agreements or services provided by third parties are solely between you and the third-party provider.

By submitting your information, you consent to receive communications by phone, text message, and email relevant to your inquiry, including through automated technology where permitted by law.
Program description. When you submit a request on a Procure Media website (including HOA Contracts, Contractor Equipment Insurance, Bug Bouncers, and our other lead-generation sites) and provide your mobile number with consent, Procure Media may send recurring SMS/text messages to confirm your request, coordinate a callback, and connect you with a licensed specialist or provider.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and request.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Businesses that purchase Procure Media platform access or an enterprise license agree to the following. Platform subscriptions are billed at $99 per month (or the plan price shown at signup), in advance, on a recurring basis through our third-party payment processor. Enterprise licenses are billed per the applicable order or agreement. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. If a charge is declined or reversed, we may suspend platform access until the balance is resolved. Where Procure Media manages advertising budgets on your behalf, media spend and any management fee are governed by your separate service agreement.
Payment, currency, delivery & security. All charges are stated and billed in U.S. Dollars (USD) to a valid credit or debit card. Card payments are accepted at checkout — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Card details are captured and processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor and are not stored on Procure Media servers. Platform access is a digital service provisioned electronically: your account is activated and made available immediately upon a successful charge, and there is no physical product shipped. The Services are offered to businesses located in the United States.
Subscriptions. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Access continues through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Monthly subscription fees already billed are non-refundable.
Enterprise licenses. Refund and cancellation terms are governed by your signed enterprise agreement.
Lead purchases. Where lead purchases are offered, they are billed and governed separately under their own terms and are not processed as part of the platform subscription.

Procure Media shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of this website, its services, third-party providers, or reliance on information presented on the site.
